Minute Entry. Proceedings held before Judge James A Teilborg: Rule 16 Scheduling Conference held on 2/25/2008. Pro se plaintiff Christine Baker on own behalf. Telephonic appearances by Christopher J. Battersby, Timothy R. Brimms, Cara Hergenroether and Laura Goodwin for defendants. Discovery ddl: 10/24/2008; Dispositive mtn ddl: 12/1/2008. Rule 16 Scheduling Order to follow. Plaintiffs request to seal credit reports is discussed. Plaintiff is advised that the Court is not prepared to rule on this at this time but advises her that it does not ordinarily seal documents without good cause. Upon plaintiffs request to appear telephonically at future hearings, the Court advises plaintiff and counsel that the court ordinarily requires the parties to be present for oral arguments, pretrial conferences and trial.
