Dear Ms. Baker:
Pursuant to your recent request, and the Limited Power of Attorney, please find attached a copy of a payment history for the above-referenced account. As we are uncertain as to the capacity in which you are representing Mr. and Mrs. (deleted), we are unable to provide you with further information regarding our customers' account. We also believe that Alice Whitten has completely addressed all other issues requested by Ms. (deleted). Again, we have never received proper documentation from you or Ms. (deleted) as to any payment you believe was inaccurately posted to her account.
You have also complained about Regal Recovery. Please be advised that Regal Recovery is an independent contractor hired by AmeriCredit for the purpose of repossessing vehicles on accounts that are seriously delinquent. It is not the policy of AmeriCredit to treat anyone in the manner described in your email. Therefore, please be advised that AmeriCredit is further investigating your allegations concerning Regal Recovery.
Please also be advised that any false statements made by you regarding AmeriCredit will be reviewed and taken very seriously.
