What's it take to get the FTC or the Federal Reserve Bank or the OCC to enforce consumer protectcion laws?

No matter how many complaints I send, the most I ever got is a "case closed."

If Cap One isn't bribing the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, their regulator, with regular cash payments, WHY do they allow Cap One to report without the credit limits, severely lowering credit scores of their card holders?

Why do they they allow Capital One to add interest to charged off accounts while no statements are provided to the consumer?

You either got the countries dumbest people in the regulatory agencies (low IQ requirement?), or they're on the finance industry payroll.
