On 8/11/03 Randy requested the description of the PROCEDURES from TU.
The 8/13 and 8/14 responses by TU involved pushing a button on their computer, resulting in massive SPAM to Randy - NOTHING comes even close to a description of their investigation.
This is like responding to a simple question like "what time is it?" with an explanation of our timekeeping system, that there are 24 hours in a day, 60 minutes in an hour, 60 seconds in a minute, and providing you with a list of locations with clocks around the country.
The Trans Union blatant disregard of the FCRA is absolutely amazing!
Trans Union has the nerve to demand that Randy provide them with the discharge papers - is that their way of announcing they're stupid?
The bankruptcy is reported on the TRANS UNION credit report and they USED to report the First USA account CORRECTLY! |
