  | 2005 -- Wellstone Filters, Inc. (WLSF) litigation over illegal fax ...
Railroaded by judge Chavez in Kingman superior court. In 2005 he granted the Wellstone motion for summary judgment and stated that I had 30 days to appeal. I appealed. Wellstone moved to DISMISS the appeal because I didn't have a SIGNED order. I spoke with judge Chavez on the phone, he claimed that he thought he signed the order. I explained that he didn't. Emailed by Ms. Shannon Bartle:
"... Accordingly, this is to demand that you immediately and permanently remove from all
websites, and from all other electronic and print communications and publications, all references to Jeremiah Hand, Carla Hand, Jehu Hand, Anthony Cerami, and Wellstone Filters, Inc., and to any and all associates, attorneys, family members, and affiliates of such persons. ..." [emphasis added]
My response:
"Dear Ms. Bartle,
Mr. Hand failed to include his CONTACT INFORMATION in his letter.
Please ask Mr. Hand to provide his email address so we can discuss any allegedly defamatory statements. I will NOT be removing "all references" to Wellstone Filters and the Hand clan as everything I published about the Wellstone Filters stock fraud and the Hands is TRUE to the best of my knowledge.
Any FALSE statements need to be identified.

I advised attorney Phillips:
1) I did not sign any delivery confirmation (service)
2) Defamation claims re. my old postings are time barred.
3) Demands to remove "all references" are ludicrous.
4) I have immunity regarding posts by others (Barrett v. Rosenthal)

Despite my NOTICE a few days earlier, attorney Phillips chose to file the affidavit of service -- KNOWING that neither of the signatures were mine.

2/22/10: I was too AFRAID to post the court filings here. I was already facing arrest for posting the TRUTH about doctor Tameira Hollander and I made the mistake of assuming that Mr. Hand would not pursue this litigation as I DID delete everything.
When attorney Phillips notified me on 2/19/10 of his terms, I decided that it's time to see what jail is like. Maybe my arrest and imprisonment for exposing the Wellstone stock fraud will get me an attorney.
Obviously, I'm no longer afraid and I'm ready for "imprisonment" for publishing the TRUTH.

I really didn't know WHAT to file. So I stated what happened, that I was NOT properly served, the court does NOT have personal jurisdiction over me, this is a HARASSMENT suit and finally, my documentation proving that Wellstone was pumped and dumped and that Learned Jeremiah Hand KNEW about the pump and dump since at least 2003 when they received the first complaints about the illegal fax promotions.
