1/25/02 - Plaintiff's Exhibits

While I have the exhibits, I'm not going to scan them to protect the plaintiff's privacy.

Exhibit 1: 3/22/99 TU investigation results of the "updated" Bank of America chargeoff with a past due balance.

The report contains the consumer statement:

"Do not confuse with consumers of similar identification; verify all identifying information."

Exhibit 2: 3/8/99 dispute with the CRAs, plaintiff made it clear that she was incurring damages due to her mortgage decline and she would take legal action if the matter was not resolved to her satisfaction.

Exhibit 3: The mortgage credit report with 11 collections and charge-offs marked "delete."

-- I'm missing several exhibits --

Exhibit 8: Another TU report or results, am missing the first 2 pages

Exhibit 9: Another dispute with the attached report

Exhibit 10: 3/23/99 TU investigation results, deleting most but not all disputed accounts. It is barely readable, TU's archaic equipment such as their dot matrix printers are a testimony to how underfunded they are.
