Pretty cool! They do the filing, serving and then file the proof of service.
Last time I was in a Cal. small claims court they actually did the serving for you (certified mail) and were quite helpful.
Most people can do this themselves, but this is a nice alternative for people who just don't have time or are overseas like some of my military clients.
You still have to show up for court, but since *most* cases are settled, that's something to keep in mind.
If anyone tried this, please post how it worked.
