STIPULATION TO DISMISS CASE

Now come the parties, who hereby state that they have reached an amicable resolution of all Plaintiff's claims whereby Defendant, (collector) agrees to close the below listed accounts and delete (collector) credit report references and in turn Plaintiff agrees to the dismissal of this case with prejudice and without costs to either party.

Accounts: (account names)

_________________ Date: ______ ........ ______________ Date: ______

(printed name)............................................(printed name)
For Defendant, (collector)........................... Plaintiff

This was one of the more simple settlements. Deletion of a couple unvalidated debts after we had some violations after the validation requests and our settlement faxes were ignored.

No cash payment was involved, this was just a small claims suit and the plaintiff did not have legal representation.

The collector deleted, the settlement was agreed upon in a phone call with the collector's attorney and no other papers were signed.

Note that there is NO confidentiality agreement or other legalese. I could post who the collector was, but why should I?

While Experian refused to investigate one of the accounts after the bureau dispute, the collector deletion did eventually kick in.
