Please immediately delete the Glacier Financial collection.
1) I cancelled the Bally Health Club membership many years ago and according to the terms of the contract. I never owed anything.
2) According to Pam with Glacier Financial, the account was charged off on 3/31/95. Therefore, the account should have been deleted from my credit report over a year ago.
You may verify the charge-off date directly with Pam at 888-386-4640 ext. 18.
My mortgage application has been declined due to this fraudulent collection and I'll greatly appreciate your immediate deletion.
