I could really use some documentation in the form of an affidavit signed by you. I'm looking for people stating that they paid a debt only because they now know that discharging it will cost more $$$ in the long run due to lower credit scores.
Your personal data will be kept confidential, and with some luck you'll get to enjoy the benefit of a favorable ruling.
Remember that it's not just about interest rates and the ablility to buy a house, but you might not be able to get auto, homeowner or tenant insurance or have to pay much higher insurance rates. |
