   | 9/19 Udall letter to Holly "Full payment, however, will not necessarily eliminate Capital One's claim for attorneys fees in connection with the Counterclaim" and "I strenuously object to your statement that I should be disbarred for filing a counterclaim in this matter." | Christine Baker | 1 | 1 | 09-22-02 10:45 pm |

   | 9/4 Christine's response to Ms. Coverstone's settlement offer "The government is jumping through hoops because a few investors lost some money to Enron. Capital One's fraud makes Enron look insignificant. The government thinks it's ok when people with financial problems get defrauded, but it's important to protect the assets of the wealthy. I strongly disagree with that concept, and that's why I publish my web sites." | Christine Baker | 1 | 1 | 09-18-02 10:27 pm |
   | 9/4 Coverstone's "Settlement Offer" -- no mention of their violatio... "Capital One would be willing to settle this matter if Ms. .... would agree to pay $200.00 for the outstanding balance on the credit card. As of today, the actual outstading balance is $654.96. Capital One would consider this a payment in full and, in return, would be willing to update Ms. ....'s credit report to reflect an R5-"Paid in Full" rating." We didn't realize "this matter" meant dismissing Holly's suit with prejudice, that's why she sent two checks. | Christine Baker | 1 | 1 | 09-18-02 10:22 pm |
   | 9/2 fax to Capital One's LeighAnne Coverstone, Litigation Specialis... Christine's description of the Capital One violations and the unsuccessful attempts to settle PRIOR to filing suit.
