"Capital One would be willing to settle this matter if Ms. .... would agree to pay $200.00 for the outstanding balance on the credit card. As of today, the actual outstading balance is $654.96. Capital One would consider this a payment in full and, in return, would be willing to update Ms. ....'s credit report to reflect an R5-"Paid in Full" rating."
