Capital One
After the court granted its motion for summary judgment, Capital One filed a motion for $50,000 in attorneys fees. They claimed that I filed my appeal in BAD FAITH because I don't just care about myself, but I want them to report the credit limits for ALL accounts.

I believe that they filed this motion to force me to dimiss my appeal in exchange for not having to pay the attorneys fees.

Fat chance!

NO mortgage broker could possibly be more INCOMPETENT than Ameriquest Mortgage.

Ameriquest admitted to purchasing leads from SPAMMERS violating the CAN SPAM Act and AZ UDAP.

10/2005: I settled with Ameriquest for $5,000 and the credit report they had promised at application. If they had given me the report as I requested numerous times, I wouldn't have sued.

So there ...

I did learn a TON from the 3 (three) Ameriquest motions to dismiss. And I *should* have included a claim for violating RESPA by paying ILLEGAL KICKBACKS to the spammer.
