As I want to encourage litigation against the bureaus for the illegal deletions of inquiries, I am posting documentation to be used by ANYONE for litigation against credit bureaus and Fair Isaac. Inquiries will be a significant part of my own suit, and I am looking for MORE documentation. My goal is to have the use of inquiries in credit scores prohibited. As an AZ resident, I was not able to subscribe to Experian's credit monitoring service when they offered online disputes of inquiries to the rest of the country and subsequently I was unable to dispute my inquiries. Obviously, this lowered my scores. Aside from Fair Isaac's idiotic conclusion that my order of cheaper long distance service earlier today lowers my credit worthiness, these illegal deletions of inquiries are just one more reason why the use of inquiries in credit scores MUST be prohibited. I am posting documentation of inquiry deletions in subtopics. Of course I have the report number, etc. I recommend that you use the scans as they are, and if Experian or whoever you are suing claims that it is not authentic, I will give you an affidavit regarding the authenticity. If necessary, I can also request my client's permission to release the report # to you. I sure hope that the bureaus will think long and hard about claiming that my documentation is fraudulent, I don't think juries will appreciate more bureau lies. Please contact me at christine@bayhouse.com if you can provide documentation. I am looking for evidence of deletion as well as refusals to investigate inquiries, as the bureaus often decline those written disputes. |
