Defendant Household ("Household") filed a Motion to Dismiss, or in the alternative, Motion to Compel Arbitration on June 25, 2003. Household files this Notice of Errata to provide the Court with the original signature on Stephanie Jimenez's Affidavit (Exhibit 1 to the Motion) and to provide the Court and the parties more legible copies and the correct copies of Cardmember Agreements (Exhibit A to the Affidavit).
