8/1/03: After the usual delay tactics I finally got to talk to Gloria in the legal department. They'll sign the Waiver, although they still haven't received the Complaint from their legal agent Bob Wester.

Gloria has been "researching" my account for a month or so, she's been on vacation too, and hopefully next week she'll have some information for me.

I'm posting some of the problems I had with Providian below.
