8/12/03 - My Objection to the CIC Motion to Dismiss, Responsive Memorandum, and Motion for Order to cease selling incomplete reports and non FICO scores
Can't hurt to ask for it. Obviously, I don't expect anything, I don't have a clue what I'm supposed to be doing. But so far things are going pretty good. I get to say what I have to say, they're put on notice and can't continue to pretend that nothing's wrong.
I sure hope some attorneys are reading this and do the legal stuff that I don't know about.
And I want to rewrite the Responsive Memorandum to provide to the House Committee for the new credit reporting legislation. These politicians have NO idea what's going on.
