EXHIBITS
EXHIBIT M -- The GUS 2003 Annual Review and Summary Financial Statement

Experian is owned by GUS, a UK “Group”, and Experian acquired ConsumerInfo.com in 4/02. In March 2003, Craig Smith, formerly CEO of Experian North America, became Chairman of Experian worldwide.

EXHIBIT N – Experian STILL refuses to report the Capital One credit limits

1) 8/27/03 Experian (CreditExpert) credit report pages 1-4, still without the Capital One limits

2) 8/27/03 Experian refusal of plaintiff’s online dispute

3) 5/28/03 certified dispute of the Capital One limits, received by Experian on 6/3/03, and ignored.

4) 1/15/03 fax, numerous disputes and questions, including the Capital One limits

5) 12/22/02 fax, request for response to the ignored 11/3/02 request for investigation procedures for plaintiff’s 7/28/02 disputes and the subsequent 9/3/02 verification.

6) 5/12/01 plaintiff’s Planetfeedback.com letter to John Peace, GUS Group Chief Executive, with plaintiff’s request for information on the procedures required for her to hire someone else to handle her ongoing credit reviews and disputes.

EXHIBIT O – Carla Blair, Experian, 1/5/01 deposition

This deposition shows how Experian consistently ignored legitimate consumer disputes and failed to remove fraudulent accounts. The Exhibit List for the Deposition (pages 3 and 4) contains a total of 8 disputes about the same account from 2/97 to 3/99.

EXHIBIT P – Plaintiff’s notices to the CRAs, requesting termination of ConsumerInfo.com access

1) 8/27/03 ConsumerInfo.com (PrivacyGuard) report, still incomplete and with “unrated” accounts.

2) The 8/17/03 e-mails to the legal departments of Trans Union and Equifax and faxed to Experian attorney Courtney Vaudreauil, requesting that the CRAs terminate the ConsumerInfo.com access to their consumer credit databases until their tri-merged consumer disclosures are FCRA compliant.

The only response received was Trans Union’s M. Ward requesting “court documentation.”

3) Transcript of 8/8/03 voice mail from Lisa, Trans Union, informing plaintiff that according to her supervisor the information was reported correctly by Trans Union and that plaintiff needs to have ConsumerInfo.com correct the problem on their side.

EXHIBIT Q – Plaintiff’s 11/12/02 complaint to J. Alfred Broaddus, Jr., President, Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, “regulator” for Capital One

Plaintiff explains in detail the devastating effect of the Capital One refusal to report the credit limits for their credit cards. James McAfee, VP and General Counsel, promised a prompt investigation on 11/21/02. Despite plaintiff’s request for an update, no communication was ever received from the FRB again.
