T-Mobile doesn't seem to understand that I'm not some disinterested attorney or a consumer filing nuisance suits.

"T-Mobile does not believe that you have a claim against it."

There's not even a HINT of an apology!

They offered $2,000 for me to dismiss with prejudice.

If they had offered to settle before their offensive Answer along with an apology, and at least a promise to try to not let this happen again, I would have seriously considered the offer.

But apparently T-Mobile is determined to continue their policy to refuse telephone cancellations prior to the time the contract is up with an effective date of the one year contract expiration. And apparently they're determined to ignore cancellations.

It is SO aggravating to see that they have nothing but contempt for their customers.

I spoke with their attorney Michael J. Farrell today, trying to explain that to him - it's like talking to a rock.
