11/1/1996 - my cancelled check for $127.36
This is the check Pacific Bell failed to credit to my account despite repeated calls and faxes.
It's a microfiche copy and as most banks, Home Savings didn't provide the originals, it's the best proof available.
HOW can it be that Pacific Bell TO DATE claims that I did not pay them?
I still have so much documentation, the San Jose police department should have the police report when Bay Area Credit Service almost had me arrested after their manager Riley Goodhart in June 1998 told me that he certainly had a copy in his file, but he didn't care.
