1) 8/27/03 ConsumerInfo.com (PrivacyGuard) report, still incomplete and with “unrated” accounts.
2) The 8/17/03 e-mails to the legal departments of Trans Union and Equifax and faxed to Experian attorney Courtney Vaudreauil, requesting that the CRAs terminate the ConsumerInfo.com access to their consumer credit databases until their tri-merged consumer disclosures are FCRA compliant.
The only response received was Trans Union’s M. Ward requesting “court documentation.”
3) Transcript of 8/8/03 voice mail from Lisa, Trans Union, informing plaintiff that according to her supervisor the information was reported correctly by Trans Union and that plaintiff needs to have ConsumerInfo.com correct the problem on their side.
