I'm happy that I got at least the incorrect "hard" inquiry, especially because I couldn't refile for that since the SOL expired. However, Judge Broomfield thinks that the CIC tri-merged is "apparently giving the consumer a more complete picture of his/her credit due to the combination of three-companies' analyses." And he doesn't seem to think there's anything wrong with selling snake oil scores. Well, like just about all consumers, he has NO idea! Instead of fraud, I should have claimed deceptive practices, although anyone who knows anything about the reports and the snake oil scores also knows it's a fraud. 200% fraud. What's REALLY bad is that Experian just started selling exactly those incomplete CIC reports through CreditExpert. But then again, maybe I should look at it as an opportunity for a class action. |
