So, I have to sue in California.

And now that every person and company I ever did business with has the green light to sell debts that they know I don't owe, I suppose I'll be suing all over the country soon.

Seriously, this ruling explains why companies like Pacific Bell get away with selling made up debts.

Do I have time to sue in California?
