I hope to soon get around to posting the exhibits and the EDITED versions in rtf or doc format. Especially the Kimberly Hughes depo doesn't make much sense without the exhibits and there's quite a bit I need to explain.
I just had a quick look at the beginning of the Hughes depo and the one thing that's immediately clear is that she has NO idea what the data on the Experian credit reports means.
She is the person who routinely provides false affidavits to get dismissals of the Experian clients, the creditors (Capital One) and collectors (American Agencies.)

The next day we started with Dudley Hall, who was supposed to be able to tell me how the Experian data is used in Experian credit scores.
He had NO idea. He's the guy who trains the Experian reps to give completely meaningless answers to consumers who call about scores.

Next was Kathleen Centanni, she sets up new accounts for Experian customers. She had some info about the certification process.

I did NOT get any info about the data fields, furnisher instructions, how data is utilized in credit scores, etc.
I have to file a motion to compel, whenever I get to it and whenever I figure out how.
I didn't get a single document. First the Experian attorney Marc Carlson demanded that I sign a confidentiality agreement, when I agreed to it, he didn't respond to my e-mail.
On 7/18/06 Experian deposed me in Las Vegas, I still have to read the transcript and make corrections. Will post the final version too. |
