Experian's Kimberly Hughes committed perjury, submitting her entirely false declaration to the court on 7/28/04, claiming that American Agencies didn't obtain my credit reports as the Experian consumer disclosure stated. Judge Broomfield also didn't think that American Agencies' collector Thomas (Tom) Wells demand that I "reconcile" my account with the statement he faxed me and to then let him know how much I actually owed was an attempt to collect this disputed debt. He dismissed all claims against American Agencies and Thomas Wells.
On 8/31/06, Experian and ConsumerInfo.com filed their motions for summary judgment and multiple Experian consumer disclosures entirely unredacted. I filed 3 motions to get my personal data and the account numbers for open accounts removed from Pacer. I finally had no choice but to offer to dismiss all claims in exchange for the removal of my credit reports from PACER.
They accepted.
And then I decided that I will do whatever I can to publicize how they operate and how corrupt the courts are.
