UPDATES:
2/10/03 - Called the Court House was informed that Holloway will be served by the Sheriff’s office in Montgomery, AL and not by Certified Mail.
2/11/03 - Holloway Credit Solutions Served
2/21/03 - Contacted clerks office and asked them to forward the answer. She gave me a summary over the phone stating that the Defendant denied my claim and requested the venue moved to Montgomery county.

| 3/3/03 - Faxed Settlement Offer
Sent on March 3, 03 at 11:53AM. Settlement calls for Holloway Credit Solutions to delete tradelines and credit inquiry from all CRAs and to remit $2000 for a credit inquiry w/o permissible purpose and statutory damages for their FDCPA violations.
