CreditCourt Forum » Equifax and CSC WILLFUL Enablement of Identity Theft

Equifax and CSC could not care less where you live and whether YOU receive your credit reports or some stranger. Every time a creditor reports on your credit, they also report an address.

Apparently THAT address is considered YOUR address until the next creditor reports a different address.

The documentation posted here is from a Credit Activist client and it applies to EVERY person with a credit report in the US.

As you may know, I am suing the CRAs for my PIN in federal court and I hope to inspire many attorneys and consumers to file many suits.

Nothing will change until it becomes cost effective for the CRAs to comply with the FCRA and to implement procedures to produce ACCURATE credit reports. Once the CRAs' legal expenses exceed the cost of those procedures, they WILL comply.

Equifax/CSC change the address according to CREDITORS' reporting
The technicalities: When and how addresses change, what you say is irrelevant, and they couldn't care less that they willfully subject you to identity theft.
