To Whom It May Concern:
I am hereby disputing your credit reporting of my account:
"Account Status: 120+ DAYS PAST DUE"
I already disputed with Equifax and got this response: "Equifax verified that this item belongs to you. Equifax has verified that this item has been reported correctly."
Your incorrect credit reporting is causing declines and high interest rates. This is a paid account!
Also, under the new student loan rehab and credit reporting guidelines, all derogatory data is supposed to be deleted after 12 timely payments. Since I paid you IN FULL with a lump sum, there could not possibly have been late payments. Please delete all derogatory notations from my credit reports and fax to xxx-xxx-xxxx a copy of your bureau notification for my records.
