While in Kuwait and Iraq, I started getting messages from my wife about "HOMICIDE" investigations. She was worried about me, and was basically frantic about letting me know about this. Well, S&P debt collectors, were nice enough to scare my wife. While the story really starts about chapter 9 or 10, it only gets better as you read along. |

After I kicked the defendants collective tails in the motion to deem, and after David Szwak took over, This case is settled, terminated, and please use pacer to check it out.

Thanks for the update. This is exactly what I expected and once again confirms the corruption of the so-called consumer attorneys. I've thought about this quite a bit lately -- you either get a cream skimming attorney to take your case on contingency and then you owe it to the attorney to settle with a confidentiality clause (the attorney gets a percentage of the settlement and of course wants as much as possible), or you pay the attorney by the hour and then most or all of the judgment goes to the attorney. And when you struggle pro se, you're nothing but a joke to the court and the defendants. There's no way to win -- unless you consider accepting the defendants' bribe a win. I think I'd be wasting my time and money looking up this case on PACER. Since you can't post what happened, there's nothing worthwhile at PACER. |

I can post the ruling where I kicked their butts! I'll update it, because I've already got it. I'll also be able to post the request for admissions, that's the good stuff. |

Thank you! I just finally sent out my first discovery requests to junk faxers (thanks to anti junk fax attorneys who SHARE their work to further the cause), and looking at Citi's response, I'll probably have to try to get a ruling like yours. Thanks, this is extremely helpful! |
