| Health One, Inc. - Leads to Health
I sent my discovery requests on 6/24/05. Health One ignored my interrogatories ENTIRELY and failed to produce a single document.
Despite promises to the arbitrator, Health One took MONTHS to finally file the long promised motion to dismiss on 8/23/05.
It included the 8/27/05 affidavit by CEO Wes Long. I subsequently responded a couple days late and Judge Chavez dismissed on 9/19, the same day I filed my Response.
Judge Chavez then granted my motion for reconsideration and ordered Health One to file its Reply by 11/1.
11/1/05: Health One filed the Reply and the Motion to Strike most of my affidavit and exhibits.
I can't testify about the calls by Health One to my AZ phone because it's hearsay?
Public records are hearsay?
