11/8/07: Filed my motion for leave to compel Hurd and Focus discovery responses, additional interrogatories and requests for admissions to Focus and extension of discovery deadlines and sanctions.

Focus collector James Hurd extorted $250 on behalf of DirecTV by threatening to report the collection to the credit bureaus despite my dispute.
1/8/07 Answer: Denied everything or claimed no knowledge.

Was unable to serve him, as he no longer works at Focus.
6/1/07: Dismissed, unable to locate and serve
8/07: Focus finally provided his address at the case management hearing. Served him and he is now represented by Focus attorney Cynthia Fulton, Fulton & Friedman in Phoenix.
